Shipping policy
At Rod & Kin we aim for a clear, reliable shipping experience. Below is where we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only; all orders need a US delivery address.
Handling & delivery times
- Order cut-off: 3:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after cut-off begin processing the next business day.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Transit time: typically 4–7 business days.
- Estimated total: approximately 5–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak periods, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping rates
Free tracked shipping on all US orders. No extra shipping or handling fees unless clearly stated at checkout.
Carriers
Orders ship with a tracked carrier such as USPS, UPS, or another trusted courier, depending on the destination.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Split shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
Delivery address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please make sure it is complete and accurate to avoid delays or failed delivery.
Missed deliveries & address issues
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address or missed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. We can arrange re-shipment; additional charges may apply for address errors.
Delays, lost, or damaged parcels
If your parcel is more than 5 business days past the latest estimate, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. For damaged or incorrect items, email us within 48 hours with photos. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll offer a replacement or full refund.
Missing items
If part of your order is missing, check your dispatch emails and tracking (items may ship separately). If all parcels show delivered and an item is still missing, contact us within 7 days with your order number.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
