This policy explains the payment methods we accept and how payments are handled when you order from Rod & Kin. By completing a purchase, you confirm you're authorised to use the chosen payment method and that the details you provide are accurate.

Accepted payment methods

All payments are processed securely in US Dollars (USD) through Shopify Payments and its PCI-compliant partners. We accept:

We don't store or have direct access to your full card or wallet details.

Currency

All prices and charges are in USD unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Authorisation & verification

By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the full amount, including any applicable tax and shipping, to your payment method. Occasionally we may need additional verification to guard against fraud; orders may be delayed or cancelled if authorisation fails or verification can't be completed.

Failed or declined payments

If your payment is declined, check that your billing details match your provider's records, try another payment method, or contact your bank. Rod & Kin isn't responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Payment confirmation

Once your payment is authorised, you'll receive an order confirmation email, and your order is prepared and shipped in line with our Shipping Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing and conditions are set out in our Refund Policy and may vary depending on your bank.
