Your satisfaction matters to us. Please review this policy before starting a return.
Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
Eligible returns
- Change of mind or wrong size.
- Exchange for a different size or colour (subject to availability).
- Damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, use, or damage, or returned without original packaging, may not be eligible.
How to return
- Email info@rodandkin.com with your order number and reason for return (attach clear photos if the item is damaged or defective).
- We'll review your request and email return instructions and the correct return address once approved.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Ship it back using a tracked method, then send us the tracking number so we can monitor it.
Returns sent without prior approval, or to any address other than the one we provide, will not be processed.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover it. No restocking fees apply.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done; your bank may take a few extra days to display it.
Exchanges
Available for another size, colour, or product, subject to stock. Request within the 30-day window by emailing us first.
Order cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, your order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled. To cancel within that window, email info@rodandkin.com with your order number and we'll stop dispatch and issue a full refund.
Sizing & colour note
Product images are for guidance only; minor colour variation due to screen or lighting is not considered a defect. Email us before ordering if you'd like sizing help.
Non-returnable items
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged.
- Final-sale or clearance pieces, where marked.
