Where do you ship?
Our collection is available online at rodandkin.com, and we currently ship within the United States only.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every US order — no minimum spend and no handling fees.
How long will my order take?
Order processing takes 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). After dispatch, delivery usually takes a further 4–7 business days, for an estimated total of around 5–10 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it from dispatch to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, your order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled. To request a change or cancellation, email info@rodandkin.com with your order number as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. There's no restocking fee.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Email info@rodandkin.com with your order number and the reason for return (include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect). We'll review and send return instructions and the address. Ship it back tracked, then send us the tracking number. Returns sent without approval may not be processed. Exchanges for another size or colour are welcome, subject to stock.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what now?
We'll make it right. Email info@rodandkin.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Tracking says delivered but I didn't receive it.
Please check with neighbours, your building reception, and your local carrier first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll help investigate.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has its own size guide — check the measurements there before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are protected with SSL encryption and processed securely through Shopify. We don't store your card details.
